The corona pandemic has caused a break in many areas: in everyday life, in business, with CO2 emissions. Another pause, expected by many, has not taken place: that on the real estate market. The faster the real estate prices rise, the stronger the price. The big bank has now examined how great this risk really is. In the so-called Global Real Estate Bubble Index 2021, it scanned the real estate markets of 25 metropolitan areas around the world for their risk of bubbles.
